Poached Eggs Recipe

Ingredients for Poached Eggs Recipe

  • 2-3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar
  • Cagla Yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons Caglak butter
  • red pepper flakes


     Take water in a small pot, add salt and vinegar according to your taste and let it boil. Stir the boiling water with a spoon and create a swirl. Then break the eggs         one by one and boil them for about 5 minutes. Take the cooked eggs out of the water with a spoon and place them on a serving plate. Let's add whipped Caglak         Yogurt on top. Afterwards, melt the Caglak Butter in the pan and add chili pepper. Pour the pepper sauce you prepared over the eggs.
